A Month of Sundays

How is this for a schedule ? Four Sundays in a row!

First was Ro's Journal class - all day workshop, at least Dale had dinner on the table when we got in!

Then, Mother In Law's 70th Birthday celebrations, and this is her card.

Next weekend is Adam's 21st. I have officially moved over to the " dark side" (as Cheryl calls it) and started a scrapbook album for him. Not so much for him but the 30 or so relatives celebrating with us next Sunday. If you have to do a scrapbook, a 21st is a pretty good incentive, even if I only have two weeks!

Last but not least is Mother's Day Sunday 11th May.

Ro Bruhn workshop

Sarah and I were lucky enough to do another all day Sunday class with the lovely Ro. This one was a Journal making class, painting papers and decorating the pages using the Ro techniques we have come to love. After over 6 hours creating, we had to stop and learn how to bind our two "signatures" and add fabric and buttons on the seam. They are still unfinished as we didn't have time to stamp and add to the individual pages. That will have to wait for a Thursday night class.

MartheJane turns 30!

Believe me, she counts down the sleeps! But her party was today and I made her a card with a difference, connecting the big numbers 3 and 0 with ball chain so she could wear with pride!
